Transpersonal life coaching is coaching on a deeper level, coaching “beyond the person”.
Based on transpersonal psychology and the teachings of Carl Jung, this type of coaching will help you connect with all parts of yourself, access limiting self beliefs and allow you to move past those path blocks on your journey. Its aim is to find your “true self” and create a deeper understanding of who you are and what you are here for, so that you can live life with heart and soul and find purpose and meaning.
Carl Jung believed that in order for a person to become whole, they had to go through a journey of individuation, which is a journey of transformation where the collective unconscious beliefs and patterns are brought to consciousness so that the person can bring awareness and integrate all of their inner parts into a process of understanding and accepting who they are.
Jung also believed that life is about a spiritual journey, where our main task is to discover who we are in order for us to fulfil our deepest potential and live a soulful life.
Transpersonal Psychology recognises that human beings are much more than what they show on their every day life, it is the study of someone’s highest potential. Its aim is to understand the wholeness of being human, by exploring and understanding human motivations, behaviour and consciousness.

What should I expect from a session?
Coaching sessions are dialogue based, where powerful questioning, guided meditation, visualisation, and the archetypal connection are used to bring out self exploration and deep internal transformation.
We will explore the world of you, what is currently working on your life and what needs to be shifted. We will identify what you want out of life from a place of deeper meaning and create heart based goals. We will work through road blocks and bit by bit move past negative self beliefs and behaviours that do not serve your purpose. We will work with your journey in a way of identifying how your past experiences have served you and letting go of what holds you back from those experiences. You will find compassion towards yourself and others, and resolve inner conflicts that might be ruling your life.
We will work with the conscious, subconscious and unconscious mind and bring wholeness by integrating all of those parts in a healthy and natural manner.
Who is coaching for?
Coaching is for anyone that is ready to take their life up to a next level, find direction and purpose and understand themselves and their internal blocks and beliefs.
Coaching is for you, if you have tried therapy before and have worked through past issues but you still feel that something hasn’t shifted or even thought you have come to peace with certain life events.
Who isn’t coaching for?
Coaching isn’t for you, if you want someone to fix your problems and tell you what to do.
Coaching isn’t for you, if you are still stuck in pain and trauma, you might need some counselling first so that we can then concentrate on moving forward with coaching rather than exploring your past issues. We will work on exploring how they are affecting you now and how to shift it, but we won’t therapy the actual past events.
